Portland Rose Festival 2023

A spectacular display of colorful fireworks light up the Willamette River for the 2023 opening celebration of Portland, Oregon’s annual Rose Festival. A few blocks down stream, Aerial Arts also captured the Oregon Convention Center lit up in patriotic splendor for the Memorial Day weekend.
